The Tuatha®, or Tuatha Dé, is Gaelic for “tribes of the gods”. In Irish mythology they are supernatural beings living in the otherworld but co-existing with our world. They often appear as kings, warriors, druids and heroes with supernatural powers. It is no wonder Irish whiskey is considered a gift from the gods. Irish history, tradition and Irish mythology are intimately blended in this wonderful whiskey. A blend of triple distilled single grain and single malt imparting a nose of citrus fruit and the taste of Ireland’s clean waters.
Nose: A combination of vanilla, spices, fruits, flowers (rose), mandarins, dried apricots, malt, dusty raisins, hint of wood and pear drops.
Palate: Smooth, one of buckwheat honey and spices and its aftertaste is a gentle bitterness of canned corn and spicy white pepper.
Finish: Though it has a delicate aroma it still has a strong flavour. A beautifully rounded whiskey.
