A blend of double distilled malt and grain whiskey. An un-peated style, produced using an Extended Double Distillation process for a much smoother product with distinctive character. The resultant, richer distillate is matured in single-use white oak ‘Bourbon’ casks.

Nose: The nose is full, malty and sweet with a hint of citrus. On the higher notes spice and a touch of cardamom.
Taste & Finish: Smooth, sweet to start, balanced, spice and an oatmeal maltiness. Hints of marzipan and a subtle and satisfying overtone of chocolate.
